Just a little catch up

Last weekend we had a little party and made Gingerbread houses at Allie's house. It was really fun to see everyone!

It has been fun having Aubri and the kids in town!
I started Skiing when I was about 4 years old, by the time I was 14 I could not ski anymore because the boots hurt too much. I tried snow boarding but I hated it. This year my dad decided that it was time for me to start skiing again. SO we are having boots made I went down to Utah two weeks ago with Missy, and had my feet cast for them it was interesting. Now I am just waiting anxiously for the call that they are ready to be picked up!


While we were down there we went to see Temple Square, the lights were so pretty even in the rain it was worth it!

New Addition to the Family!

Grant major Powell is here!!! He was born on December 5th 2010 to my sister Siri and her husband Curtis.He was 9lbs 4oz. and 22.5 in. long and a 14" head circumference. I am so excited for them and can't wait to see the cute little boy! Congratulations you two!

The Rest of October

A few weeks ago we went to a BYU game they actually won it was fun. even with all the rain.
This was a full rainbow we just could not get it all in the picture. The colors were so bright people were stopping on the freeway to take pictures!
The pumpkin walk every year we go down to Logan to see the pumpkin walk thiss years theme was animation my aunt Marlynn did the Polar Express. It was the best one I have seen.
On Mike and Megs Anniversary the 25th we decided to have a Halloween party with all of the Kids it was fun we had lots of games and lots of food and at the end we carved pumpkins.

Halloween...a little late

Allie and I were witches for Halloween!!!
Every year for Halloween we go to my grandma's house and have chili and LOTS of treats and then at the end of the night we light the Ghost Cake and turn off the lights and watch the ghost glow it has been a tradition for years!

Cupcakes!

Allie and I made these cupcakes from scratch not a box! The frosting was amazing we are just not sure how to get the frosting more stiff so that it will stand up better... any suggestions? We had lots of fun making them. We are trying to learn how to bake it is going okay hopefully we get better!!!
