Today I was downstairs playing xbox with my nephew Braxton when the doorbell rang. I went up to answer it and there was a girl standing there with flowers... I didn't think much of it until she said these are for Shalie.. She handed them to me and I was shocked! I knew who they were from without looking at the card but still looked just to make sure, there was no name but the message was in Samoan so I knew they were from Sean! I have the best boyfriend. He sent me flowers just because he missed me! I can't wait to move to Utah on Tuesday to be closer to him! Oh and I don't know how he knew my favorite flowers were roses and lilies he is good!

It is a new year and already so much has happened this year! 2012 is going to be a good year! I get to graduate in December! I love when everything falls into place! I was not planning on doing an internship this semester and last minute I decided to apply for one and just see and I got it! So I will be moving to Utah for the semester!

I went to Provo this past weekend to see Kayla we had a lot of fun as always it is always fun when she comes from Missouri!

The middle of August I was able to go to New York for three and a half weeks to see my sister and her family. It was so much fun, and I find my self missing New York everyday when I am sitting in class!

My mom and I took Cooper and Lexi to the carousal. I t was so much fun watching Cooper's faces when if would start and stop.

I just think this picture of Grant is hilarious i was trying to get a picture of his teeth and I got it after making him look like a little piggy.

Siri was able to come for two weeks we all had so much fun together. I miss having my sisters close by. This is the amazing Max Brenner Chocolate House the chocolate was amazing, but the food was to die for as well.

Aubri's mother-in-law Sue flew in for a few days as well. It was a blast lots a people and of course the cute new little baby!

Sometimes they just get tired and go to sleep... I wish they were playing house and it was nap time in there little game!

The day before I left for New York I went to lunch with some of my best friends from high school it was fun catching up. We missed Allie and Stacey though next time hopefully we will be able to get everyone together!

Las Vegas

On August 4th Kayla flew into Salt Lake I picked her up and we headed to Vegas. We stayed with her Aunt and Uncle and had a blast.

We started out our visit at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign! We got this picture on the first try!

After the sign we found the super hero's Spider man was my favorite!

Finally 21 and can't get kicked out of a casino!... Don't worry I didn't really do it Kayla and I just had to get a picture!

As we walked into Fremont street we saw people flying across and we were confused and then we realized it was a zip-line and so we had to do it! it was really fun!

My sister Aubri had her baby on August 16th! They named her Kira Violet Griffeth, she weighed 10.3 lbs and was 21 inches long. Kira got to spend a few night in the NICU and was able to come home on Sunday!

Aubri was discharged on Friday and since Kira was still in the NICU we went to the city to an amazing place called Max Brenner's Chocolate by the bald man. it was amazing!
While we were out Uncle Josh was on babysitting duty and well the kids got to put themselves to bed. Grant carefully chose his place between the life jacket and his boppy, however Josh thoughtful enough to get the picture for us to see before he placed him in his crib.

These pictures are way out of order and I am not taking the time to fix them so you will just have to live with it. It has been a long time since I have posted time goes by so fast when you are having fun. Some of the highlights of this semester so far are: All six of my roommates are amazing we never fight. We do so much together and I love it. After having a few semesters of bad roommates I have finally been blessed with the best roommates and I am sad for the semester to end because three of them are graduating. I have not had a boring night yet, there is always something going on. It has been a lot of fun. Ari is teaching me how to salsa dance which is something I have always wanted to learn. Classes are going great. I have developed a love for accounting which is good since it is my major I really enjoy it. I have gone on lots of fun dates. The funnest was this weekend with Tyler. He made me dinner, took me ballroom dancing (also something I have always wanted to do), to a concert and many other things. It was the funnest date I have been on in a long time. In December one of my sewing teachers asked me to join a pilot class that would begin in January. Being off track I thought about it and finally decided to join the class. It was a line collections class we designed our own line made the patterns and constructed them and did all of the boards that are required when started a line. It was probably the funnest class I have ever taken. I named my Line Princess Perfect and designed little girls formal wear dresses. and then I named the Dresses after my nieces that I made them for.

Targhee

I have been without this amazing tea for a week and on Saturday it finally arrived! I seriously cannot live without it, if I don't drink it everyday I end up getting a migraine that never goes away!
On Friday we went up to Targhee with Mike and Meg and their kids. We all take turns staying with Cali on the Bunny Hill. She loves to put her feet on the ground and slide down the hill!
While Aubri was still here we made a snowman( the snow would not stick together so it turned into a snow blob. Cooper is trying to smile but he was crying at the same time he was cold and ready to go inside.
On Lexi's last day here we went on a quick ride out in the fields and she would not go in until we went to see the temple.

Were Does Time Go?

Wow were does time go? It has been over a month since I last updated. A lot has happened here is a quick over view.

First off my best friend Allie got engaged on January 17th I am so excited for her and Treagan! If you want to read the full engagement story you can go to her blog here is the address: Click Here

Next almost everyone was home this year for Christmas Siri and Curtis were unable to make it since she had her sweet "little" boy on December 5 we missed them, but still had fun. Cooper was a little unsure of the whole helmet idea and then after Grandpa convincing him otherwise he kept putting on every helmet including the pink ones.

Even though Cooper is only 18 months old he was the best little skier on the hill and super cute
Lexi and Sadie both are learning to ski as well but they also enjoyed sledding downthe hill together. Cooper seamed to enjoy the Hot chocolate and marshmallows that came after being outside.
Lexi and Cooper also thought that the Big tub was fun to swim in after a long day of skiing! This year for Christmas I made all of my nieces and nephews little blankets with their names and a Disney character on them. Sadie, Lexi and David all had fun making little mini pizza's for dinner. I went skiing for the first time in years with Missy it was so much fun! Some of the yummy treats we made over the holidays!

I started Skiing when I was about 4 years old, by the time I was 14 I could not ski anymore because the boots hurt too much. I tried snow boarding but I hated it. This year my dad decided that it was time for me to start skiing again. SO we are having boots made I went down to Utah two weeks ago with Missy, and had my feet cast for them it was interesting. Now I am just waiting anxiously for the call that they are ready to be picked up!

While we were down there we went to see Temple Square, the lights were so pretty even in the rain it was worth it!

A few weeks ago we went to a BYU game they actually won it was fun. even with all the rain.
This was a full rainbow we just could not get it all in the picture. The colors were so bright people were stopping on the freeway to take pictures!
The pumpkin walk every year we go down to Logan to see the pumpkin walk thiss years theme was animation my aunt Marlynn did the Polar Express. It was the best one I have seen.
On Mike and Megs Anniversary the 25th we decided to have a Halloween party with all of the Kids it was fun we had lots of games and lots of food and at the end we carved pumpkins.

I have enjoyed my seven weeks of freedom, but it is time to get too the books. Today was my first day of classes, and they were supposed to be my "easy" classes. I am already wondering if I will make it out of this semester alive. My first teacher told the class that we should not plan anything for the next three weeks, because we will not have time for anything, but his class... and that by the end of the three weeks we will all want to drop the class, but we can't. He then continued to tell us that the final is what most of our grade is based off of which it will take us anywhere from 11-30 hours to take it the average is 20 hours. I am a little scared for this semester, and I have not even stepped into my second set of classes. Which are my "hard" classes. I hope I make it through this semester!

On THe 24th we went up to West Yellowstone and looked through all of the shops! I have decided to die my hair dark! j/k

It was so windy we decided to do a little cliff jumping. Once we got to the top there was only one way down... jump if there would have been another way down I might have taken it, it was so high up looking down. The weather is finally nice enough to go boating and we are taking advantage of it.
We Have been out twice this week, the water is cold, but I am willing to take what I can get.
This picture was taken when we got home we forgot our camera today. Not the best picture but I wanted to show off my hat. I have been looking for a big white floppy hat for about two weeks and could not find one. I wanted a cute hat that would keep the sun off my face, and today before we left to go boating Meg found this hat. I was so excited don't I have the best sister-in-law?! Oh and just so you know if your body has not see sun in almost a year it is probably a good idea to put sun screen on or you might burn like I did! (it is much worse than this picture shows).

I am Finally back in School!! Last week was my first week, and I changed my major to Business Management. I have a lot of online classes, and only have classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I am excited to be back in school, I am just hoping that everything goes well the next few months!

For the past week I have made my bed everyday, and kept my room clean! Normally I forget the first day David was hereI told him that we had to make our beds, and now David wakes me up, and says "aunt shae it is time to make our beds now" it has helped a lot I make the beds and he puts the pillows and bears on! I also do not get to sleep in past nine anymore because of this but it is good I guess.

I ordered a dress form last semester, and I finally received it on Monday it is still in the box it is huge and I am not sure how to put it together I am hoping I can connivence my dad to help me!
